Add Suppermode to your assistant.
Suppermode is a connector. You add it once, and then you can save recipes, log cooks and ask about your own cooking history from inside the conversation.
You'll be asked to sign in partway through, and can create your account then — or make one first.
The address it needs
Both assistants ask for a server URL. This is it:

ChatGPT
Suppermode isn't in the ChatGPT directory yet, so it goes in as a custom connector. On most plans that needs developer mode switched on first, which is why step one is somewhere other than the connector settings.
- Turn on developer mode under Settings → Security and login.
- Open Settings → Connectors and choose to add a custom connector.
- Paste the address above.
- Approve the permissions Suppermode asks for. You'll sign in here as part of that.
Claude
- Open Settings → Connectors.
- Add a custom connector and paste the same address.
- Approve the permissions. Claude registers itself; there's nothing to copy back.

A connector asks for the ones it needs, and the approval screen names them before you agree. It is one decision rather than four: there is no way here to grant some and refuse the rest, so declining is how you say no to any of it.
